Section 174 Legislation Update

On June 9, 2023, a new draft bill was introduced, extending the Section174D exception which would allow those research and experimental expenses to be deducted until January 1st, 2026! In addition, there are points about the 100% bonus deduction extension as well as removal of certain energy credits. Check out the draft bill here.
